Terms and Conditions

By using the services of emarketing.al, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Parties
These terms govern the relationship between emarketing.al (VAT: M51314005A, Galeria ETC, Bulevardi Bajram Curri, Tirana) and the client receiving our services.
2. Services
emarketing.al provides digital marketing services including (but not limited to): website development, social media management, lead generation, SEO optimisation, and paid advertising. Specific services and their conditions are detailed in each client's individual proposal or contract.
3. Payments
Payments are made according to the terms agreed in the individual contract. Invoices must be paid within the specified deadline. Late payment may result in suspension of services. Agreed fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
4. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of materials created specifically for them (e.g. website, graphic materials). emarketing.al retains the right to use completed projects as portfolio examples, unless the client has expressly requested confidentiality.
5. Client obligations
The client agrees to: supply necessary materials and information on time, provide approvals within agreed deadlines, and ensure that any materials provided do not infringe the rights of third parties.
6. Limitation of liability
emarketing.al does not guarantee specific results (e.g. a specific number of clients or specific Google rankings), as these depend on external factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the service paid.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive commercial information received during the collaboration.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days' written notice. Services rendered up to the termination date will be invoiced and paid.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Albanian law. Any dispute will be resolved through dialogue, and if unsuccessful, through the competent courts in Tirana, Albania.
